We aim to despatch orders within 2-3 days of receiving the order.
Delivery is by Second Class Tracked postage.
Royal Mail aim to delivery within 2-3 Working days. There are currently delays on items being sent by Royal Mail and we ask you to take that into consideration when ordering.
Please ensure you give accurate delivery details as we cannot be held responsible if incorrect details are given.
Should a parcel be returned to us as a result of several failed delivery attempts, any cost to dispatch again is the customer’s responsibility. Instructions to leave a parcel in a safe place is at the the customer’s own risk.
If you change your mind, we request items are returned within 14 days of receiving unless agreed otherwise.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning.
If goods have been used or are returned damaged, refunds will be issued on a pro rata basis.
We recommend that a tracked Postage Service is used and we are not liable for any returns that may go missing in the post.
Refunds are issued in the same payment method as the original purchase.
Items that arrive damaged must be reported with in 3 days of receipt, please include photographs of the damage. We are unable to refund without proof of damage.
